The hotel is tidy, provides with well-appointed and extremely spacious rooms. It has attentive, accommodating staff. The location is perfect, easy to walk to an excellent fish restaurant.

My favorite property in Kenner. Reasonably large rooms, recently refurbished and extremely comfy hotel. Decent, marvellous location in the fairly nice area. And next to Cafe du Monde. Great service throughout my stay. Great parking, shuttle to airport.

The excellent service and shuttle to the airport far exceeded our expectations. It was based in a nice building in a comfortable and peaceful location. It was also conveniently located next to numerous restaurants and an excellent fish restaurant.

It was not a brand new hotel. There were some things that needed repair, but all in all, it was obviously well cared for, clean and very comfortable.

My room was booked a paid for online, but there is a 150.00 charge pending on my bank account

The rooms and hotel were clean and well-maintained, with a pleasant scent. The effort put into ensuring our comfort, such as promptly fixing a malfunctioning heater, was greatly appreciated. The breakfast provided was also fantastic.
